Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup almond flour


  • 2 eggs


  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 1/4 cup milk/water


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • In a big bowl add almond flour,baking powder,salt,mix well and keep aside.
  • In another bowl add egg,milk,vanilla extract, honey and whisk until well combined.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk well to form a smooth and lump free batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat,grease it with little oil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter in a center of pan and with help of laddle spread the batter out into a round pancake shape, about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
  • Cook pancake over low medium heat for 2-3 minutes,until bubbles appear on top and the edges are well cooked.
  • Flip pancake and cook otherside for 2-3 minutes,until golden brown.
