Ingredients

  • 4 left over chapati


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 cup chopped onions


  • 2 green chilli


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 1/2 Handful coriander

Directions

  • First break the eggs and add salt and whisk well till frothy .
  • Now add onions coriander green chilli and pepper and mix well.
  • Take a tawa grease it With oil add one left over roti and spread the egg mixture close and cook on both sides .
  • Let it be in slow flame so that it does not burn.
  • Serve with sauce .
