  • Missi puri material :- 1 bowl wheat flour 1/2 bowl gram flour 1 tablespoons oil for moyan 1 tbs chopped coriander leaves 1 tbs kasoori methi 1/4 teaspoons ajwain 1/4 teaspoons turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoons red chili powder 1/4 teaspoons asafoetida 1/4 teaspoons white til Salt to taste Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Method :- Take all the ingredients together and mix well with both hands, add a little water and knead a little hard dough, keep it covered for 10 minutes. Now heat the oil in a pan or kadai, re-knead the dough and soften it so that the puri does not get torn from the edges. Now make a small dough of flour and roll the poori in the middle of high to medium flame till it becomes golden. Serve the prepared missi puri with chutney, pickle, curd, dry vegetable or tea.
