Ingredients
Serves 3
10-12 slices of brown bread
1 potato, boiled & mashed
100 gms. paneer, mashed
2 tbsp. fried onion
1-2 green chilies, chopped
2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
4-5 tbsp. coloured bell peppers, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. chili flakes
1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
1 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. pepper powder
1 tbsp. butter or as required
2-3 tbsp. tomato sauce or as required
Directions
In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients, except butter and tomato sauce. keep aside.
On one side of a bread apply some butter and on the other side some sauce. Place little of the mix on the side with sauce. Place another slice over it and fry on a grilled pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate. Make similar sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and paneer mix.
Serve along with tomato sauce / green chutney for breakfast.
