Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 10-12 slices of brown bread


  • 1 potato, boiled & mashed


  • 100 gms. paneer, mashed


  • 2 tbsp. fried onion


  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped


  • 2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped


  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste


  • 4-5 tbsp. coloured bell peppers, chopped


  • 1 tomato, chopped


  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds


  • 1/2 tsp. chili flakes


  • 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp. lime juice


  • 1/4 tsp. pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp. butter or as required


  • 2-3 tbsp. tomato sauce or as required

Directions

  • In a bowl. mix together all the ingredients, except butter and tomato sauce. keep aside.
  • On one side of a bread apply some butter and on the other side some sauce. Place little of the mix on the side with sauce. Place another slice over it and fry on a grilled pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving plate. Make similar sandwiches with the remaining bread slices and paneer mix.
  • Serve along with tomato sauce / green chutney for breakfast.
