Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 eggs


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp chopped onion


  • 1 tsp garlic and ginger paste


  • 1 tsp chili paste


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Directions

  • Take a bowl add wheat flour , ajwain and salt.
  • Make a dough with water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger garlic and chili paste.
  • Add chopped onion and mix well.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minute.
  • Add salt , chili powder , turmeric powder and garam masala
  • Mix well and break to eggs in to masala.
  • Make a bhurji.
  • Mix well and add chopped coriander.
  • Make a roti with the dough and stuff 1 tbsp bhurji in to roti.
  • Roll it and again roll on rolling pin.
  • Heat tava and fry paratha with oil or butter
  • Serve hot
