Take a bowl add wheat flour , ajwain and salt.
Make a dough with water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic and chili paste.
Add chopped onion and mix well.
Cook for 3 to 4 minute.
Add salt , chili powder , turmeric powder and garam masala
Mix well and break to eggs in to masala.
Make a bhurji.
Mix well and add chopped coriander.
Make a roti with the dough and stuff 1 tbsp bhurji in to roti.
Roll it and again roll on rolling pin.
Heat tava and fry paratha with oil or butter
Serve hot
