Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 3 button mushroom, sliced


  • 2 cups spinach, chopped


  • 2 garlic cloves, minced


  • 1 pinch of cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch black pepper powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste


  • 1 tablespoon curd


  • 1 teaspoon coriander chutney


  • 1 teaspoon flax seed powder


  • 1 Pinch of black sesame seeds, garnish


  • 2 Whole wheat bread slice

Directions

  • Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan, add garlic cumin and sauté until seeds crackle.
  • Now add mushroom and stir for 2 mins.
  • Add spinach and cook until spinach wilts.
  • Add salt, pepper and red chilli powder and mix well. Now keep this spread aside.
  • Take a bowl, add curd, coriander chutney, pinch of salt and flax seeds powder,mix well and keep aside.
  • Toast bread from both sides.
  • First apply half of curd mixture on one toast followed by half of mushroom mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
  • Do the same for another toast. Serve.
