Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in pan, add garlic cumin and sauté until seeds crackle.
Now add mushroom and stir for 2 mins.
Add spinach and cook until spinach wilts.
Add salt, pepper and red chilli powder and mix well. Now keep this spread aside.
Take a bowl, add curd, coriander chutney, pinch of salt and flax seeds powder,mix well and keep aside.
Toast bread from both sides.
First apply half of curd mixture on one toast followed by half of mushroom mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
Do the same for another toast. Serve.
