  • 1/4cup uraddal


  • 1cup rice


  • 1/4tsp meethi seeds


  • 1/2cup schezwan sauce


  • 1tsp salt


  • 2tbsp oil

Directions

  • Soak the uraddal,rice,&meethiseeds 2hour.
  • Griend it to make a batter
  • Add salt &water to make a dosa batter.rest it 1/2 n hour.
  • Heat a tava greased little oil,sprinckle 1spoon water,clean the tava add 1 ladle full batter spread all over the tava.cook 2 mints.spread little oil all over the dosa.when cook nicely spread 1tbsp schezwal sauce over the dosa.
  • Serve with sambar
