  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 multigrain bread slices

  • 1/4 zucchini

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/5 tsp black pepper

Directions

    Take out the pulp of half avocado.

  • 02

    Apply the pulp on the multigrain bread slices.

  • 03

    Cut zucchini in long slices and cook them on nonstick tava, sprinkle salt n pepper on them, cook from both sides.

  • 04

    Transfer cooked zucchini slices over the bread 🍞 and Zucchini Avocado open Sandwich is ready to be eaten.
