Ingredients

  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 big onion


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add wheat flour and 1 tsp salt. Knead a soft dough.
  • finely chop the onions
  • mix rest of the ingredients in onion
  • heat A tawa and grease with butter
  • take out a small ball and roll it out a little
  • place a handful stuffing and cover it
  • roll it out little bit thick
  • please it on hot tawa and after 2 minute flip it
  • roast it light Golden with butter
  • some hot with curd chutney or extra butter
