Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 500 gram spinach/palak


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch red chilli


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp black mustard

Directions

  • Add salt and chilli in gram flour and make a thick batter.
  • Now spread it on Spinach leaf. Take 2nd leaf spread rhe batter same way.
  • Place it on 1st leaf like some part on 1st leaf. Add 3-4 leaves and roll out.
  • Prepare all the same.
  • Now heat a steamer and place on the rolles.
  • Cook for 20 minutes.
  • After cook take them out and cut in to 1 inch piece.
  • Place them on serving plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard.
  • Spread on the pieces.
