Add salt and chilli in gram flour and make a thick batter.
Now spread it on Spinach leaf. Take 2nd leaf spread rhe batter same way.
Place it on 1st leaf like some part on 1st leaf. Add 3-4 leaves and roll out.
Prepare all the same.
Now heat a steamer and place on the rolles.
Cook for 20 minutes.
After cook take them out and cut in to 1 inch piece.
Place them on serving plate.
Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard.
Spread on the pieces.
