In a cooker add 4 tbsp desi ghee and saute all the vegetables. Take out them.
Add 4-6 tbsp ghee and crackle cumin and asafotida. Now add turmeric powder.
Add daal nd chawal and add salt sauted vegetables
Now add 7 cup of water and cook till one whistle.
After release the pressure add rest of the ghee and mix well.
Serve hot with curd.
