Finely chop all the vegetables.
In a pan with oil. Crackle the mustard and roast the urad daal.
Now add semolina, vegetables amd all the spices.
Turn off the gas. Let it cool.
Now add curd and mix well.
Add little bit water. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes heat the steamer and add baking soda in batter.
Grease the til and transfer tge batter in it.
Now cool it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
After 20 minutes turn if the gas and take it out from tin.
Cut in to pieces.
Serve with tea, or chutney.
