Mix tvorog, egg, sugar, salt, flour. Mix till the mass is smooth.
Add baking powder, mix again.
Shape round syrniki with wet hands, Roll them in flour.
Fry on high heat for 2 minutes each side. Then fry on low heat (on any side) till syrniki are ready (about 20 min).
Serve with smetana (sour cream), yougurt, jam, honey, nutella, etc. Bon appetite!
