Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Tvorog (cottage cheese) 400 gr


  • Butter or oil 2 table spoons (for frying)


  • 1 egg


  • Sugar 2 table spoons


  • Flour 2 table spoons


  • Baking powder, 1 pinch


  • Salt, 1 pinch

Directions

  • Mix tvorog, egg, sugar, salt, flour. Mix till the mass is smooth.
  • Add baking powder, mix again.
  • Shape round syrniki with wet hands, Roll them in flour.
  • Fry on high heat for 2 minutes each side. Then fry on low heat (on any side) till syrniki are ready (about 20 min).
  • Serve with smetana (sour cream), yougurt, jam, honey, nutella, etc. Bon appetite!
