Clean and soak Chana dal and rice for 4 and half hours.
After that add in a grinder soaked dal- and rice, also garlic, cumin and green chili to a smooth paste.
In that add salt, Hing and haldi and mix and keep aside
Heat oil in a Kadai.
Use a small ladel to prepare dhooska.
Pour 1 or 1/2 ladel of batter in to the hot oil.
Cook one side up to golden.
Then flip and cook the other side
Prepare all the dhooska
Tomato chutney
Heat oil in a Kadai. Add red chili and Hing to it
Then add curry leaves and panch phoran and let it crackle
Then add crushed garlic and saute
Add chopped onions and saute again
When cooked add crushed tomatoes and cook up to raw smell goes
Add spices to it and cook
When done add little water to adjust the consistency of the chutney and add Jaggery for the sweetness
Serve hot
