Ingredients

  • Suji 1 bowl

  • Curd 1 bowl

  • Eno 1 tsp

  • Arhar dal for Sambhar 1 bowl

  • Carrot 1

  • Brinjal 2 smal

  • Bottle gouard 1/2

  • Pumpkin 1 /2 bowl

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Lal mirch 1 /2 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Dhaniya powder 4 tsp

  • Sambhar powder 4 tsp

  • While red chilly 4

  • Sarson 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Curry leaves 8 to 10

  • Tamrind pulp 4 tsp

Directions

    In a bowl mix suji , curd and eno

  • 02

    Make a batter with the water

  • 03

    Put idli steamer on glasss

  • 04

    Add 1 glass water

  • 05

    Greece the molds

    Pour batter in each cavity

    Put in idli steamer

    Cover it

    Cook for 8 to 10 minutes
