Ingredients

  • Suji 1 bowl


  • Curd 1 bowl


  • Eno 1 tsp


  • Arhar dal for Sambhar 1 bowl


  • Carrot 1


  • Brinjal 2 smal


  • Bottle gouard 1/2


  • Pumpkin 1 /2 bowl


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Lal mirch 1 /2 tsp


  • Haldi 1 tsp


  • Dhaniya powder 4 tsp


  • Sambhar powder 4 tsp


  • While red chilly 4


  • Sarson 1 tsp


  • Oil 1 tbsp


  • Curry leaves 8 to 10


  • Tamrind pulp 4 tsp

Directions

  • In a bowl mix suji , curd and eno
  • Make a batter with the water
  • Put idli steamer on glasss
  • Add 1 glass water
  • Greece the molds
  • Pour batter in each cavity
  • Put in idli steamer
  • Cover it
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Sambhar recipe
  • In cooker add water , arhar dal , veggies salt , lal mirch , haldi
  • After 2 whistles switch off the gas
  • Tadka
  • In a pan add oil
  • Add sarson, whole red chilly, dhaniya powder ,curry leaves
  • Mix tadka in cooker
  • Add tamrind paste in cooker
  • Boil it
