Soak chana daal for 4 to 5 hours
Once chana daal soaked drain water and add in to mixture grinder
Also add ginger , garlic and chili paste
Crush in mixture and make a batter for daal vada
Add salt and soda and give a quick mix
Heat oil in a pan
Make a pakoda with a batter and fry till.goldrn crisp
Serve hot with chopped onion , green chili and chatney.
