Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup chana daal


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tbsp green chili paste


  • 1 cup Oil


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 2 tsp Salt as per taste


  • 1/3 cup slice chopped onion


  • 2 green chili

Directions

  • Soak chana daal for 4 to 5 hours
  • Once chana daal soaked drain water and add in to mixture grinder
  • Also add ginger , garlic and chili paste
  • Crush in mixture and make a batter for daal vada
  • Add salt and soda and give a quick mix
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Make a pakoda with a batter and fry till.goldrn crisp
  • Serve hot with chopped onion , green chili and chatney.
