Method :
Add butter to the pan, now add ginger garlic paste and onion, now add all the veggies, mix the grated paneer in a high flame and add salt to the sauce and turn off the flame
And add coriander leaves.
Now make a smooth batter by mixing flour, gram flour, rice flour and beetroot and salt, heat it in a pan and spread it in a round shape, add oil to its edges and turn it pink. Spread the paste, now put the other cheela on top, press it with a little spoon, now cut it (chaukon, triangles, long stick) into your desired shape and serve with chutney, sauce
