Ingredients
Serves 2
4 wheat bread slices
1/2 onion cut into slice
1/2 green capsicum cut into julliens
1 tomato cut into slices
2tbspn pizza sauce
1 tbspn tomato ketchup
1 tspn oregano
1/2 tspn black pepper
1/2 tspn salt
1/2 tspn olive oil
2 tblspn grated cheese
Directions
Take one slice of bread
Put 1/2 tbspn pizza sauce on it and Spread it evenly
Like wide spread pizza sauce on other slices also
Now take one slice and put few onion slices on it.
After onion, then add tomato slices and then capsicum julliens.
Then sprinkle oregano, salt and black pepper on it.
After adding spices then spread grated cheese on it.
Now cover it with other bread slice.
Likewise make another one.
Now brush the nonstick or grill pan with oil.
Then place this sandwich on it.
When it starts getting brown and crispy from the bottom then flip it.
Make it crisp on both the sides of the bread slice.
Now transfer it on the plate.
Likewise make another sandwich.
Now our Pizza Sandwich is ready to eat.
