Grate the white part of culiflower.
Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp oil. Add all the spices, and roast well.
Now add grated culiflower.
Mix all the ingredientes. Cook untill they dry.
Let them cool.
Knead a soft dough and keep it aside.
Now heat oil for frying.
Take out a small ball and roll out a little.
Put 1 tbsp stuffing and cover it.
Now again roll out and drop in hot oil.
Fry till golden brown. Serve with curd, chutney.
