Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowl poha


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 spoon mustered seeds


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 spoon turmeric


  • 1/2 cup peanuts


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • 6-7 curry leaves


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • Wash the poha with water and instantly strain the water from it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and temper with the mustard seeds into it.
  • Add green chilli, curry leaves and onion, saute it.
  • Now add peanuts, salt and turmeric mix well.
  • When peanuts get fried , put soaked poha into it and mix well.
  • After 2-3 minutes add lemon juice and coriander leaves then switch off the gas.
  • Serve hot.
