Wash the poha with water and instantly strain the water from it.
Heat oil in a pan and temper with the mustard seeds into it.
Add green chilli, curry leaves and onion, saute it.
Now add peanuts, salt and turmeric mix well.
When peanuts get fried , put soaked poha into it and mix well.
After 2-3 minutes add lemon juice and coriander leaves then switch off the gas.
Serve hot.
