Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2cup corn meal(Makka atta)


  • 1 cuoCurd


  • 2tbsp oil


  • 2-3tbsp green corriender leaves


  • 10-12curry patta


  • 1/2tsp mustard seeds


  • 1tsp chana dal


  • 1tsp urad dal


  • 1-2chopped greenchilli


  • 1/2"greated ginger


  • 1tsp or to taste salt


  • 3/4tsp ino fruitsalt

Directions

  • Heat a pan add corn meal,&dry roast.
  • Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil .
  • Add mustard seeds,crackle it.
  • Than add chanadal&urad dal sauted 1 mints.
  • Add chopped ginger,greenchilli sauted
  • Add curry patta sauted some time &off the gas.
  • Take a bowl add roasted corn meal curd,&salt mix it well,add 1/2cup water to make a batter.rest it 20 mints.
  • After 20 mints add add all sauted masala,greencorriender leaves mix it well
  • Greased the idle mould.
  • Add ino fruits salt mix it well.
  • Take the idle mould fill the cornmeal batter &steam 20 mints or till its cook nicely.
  • Corn meal Idli is ready serve with coconut &greencorriender chutney.
