Ingredients

  • 2 bowl refined flour


  • 1 bowl urad daal 2 tbsp ginger garlic crushed 5 green chillies crushed 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp oil for Mohan for potatoes-- 5 boil potatoes 2 tomato puree 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1/2tbsp heeng 1 tbsp red chilli 1/2 tbsp turmeric

Directions

  • Saok urad daal for 3-4 hrs. After that wash and grind it by adding ginger green chillies.
  • It should be dardara.add salt red chilli mix the mixture well.
  • Now knead flour add oil rest for 15 mn
  • Now roll it very small and stuff daal mixture
  • And deep fry it.
  • Potatoes- add heeng and cumin seeds in oil when splutter add potatoes add tomato puree salt red chilli
  • Stir fry well now add water boil thick
  • Cut onions for serving it with green chillies..
