In a bowl take all purpose flour. Add 1/2 tsp Salt and add sufficient water and knead into a medium soft dough. Cover and keep aside.
Wash and drain the dal and pressure cook along with salt , Turmaric powder ,1/2 tsp chilly powder,1/2tsp garam masala powder and 3 cup of water. After 3 whistle open the lid when the pressure is completely released.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add hing, cumin seed. When its crackle add onion add chopped green chilly and remaining garam masala powder and remaining chilly powder. Stir and pour over the cooked dal. Sprinkle Aamchur powder and keep it cover.
Now take a small sized ball from all purpose flour dough and make a round shape poori as thin as possible .prick with a fork. It helps your pakwaan not to puffed like poori.
Heat great amount of oil and fry each pakwaan over medium flame. Fry by flipping over till it turns crispy and golden brown.
Serve sindhi dal pakwaan with chopped onion, chopped tomato green chilly and lemon. Garnish with chopped Corriender leaves.
