3 cups Peanuts 1 tsp Cooking Oil 1 tsp Honey Pinch of Salt
Roast peanuts in oven to lightly browned up then remove skin when its cooled down. Put peanuts in a processor and pulse it, till its finely powdered. Add a teaspoon of oil and honey then pulse more, till its smooth and silky butter, can add a teaspoon of oil if not smooth. Remove in a bowl.
