First take a bowl mix all the ing .of koki
Add oil for moyan
Mix well and kneed tight daugh with water
Take a ball roll it half
Heat the tawa keep the half roll ball
Roast it both side
Take out it and roll it thin roti
Now you roast this roti both side
Spread ghee both side and roast crispy both side
Serve hot with curd and butter
For sail fulke,,,,,,
Take a pan heat oil
Add garlic chopped
Add tometo chopped and green chilli
Spread a pinch of salt
Cover it till tometo is soft
Now add pices of roti
Add all masala and salt
Mix well
Add 2 cup water
Keep it fast flame for 5 min
Then slow flame for 5 min.
When roti is saft and thick off the gas
Take out a bowl garnish with ciriander leaves
Serve with curd
For kheer,,,,
Take a pan heat milk
Add cardamom pwd
When milk is boil put socked sabudana in it
Boil it till sabudana becoms soft
Then add suger and dry fruits
Boil it on slow flam for 10min
Stir it within 2 min
After 10 min.kheer is ready to serve
