  • Whole wheat bread/multi grain bread: 1-2 slices

  • Mixed vegetables: carrot(1)spring onion(1),mushroom(5),garlic(2),green chilli(1)

  • Dollop of butter-1 teaspoon

  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon

    Make a pan ready.Heat it and drop the butter,let it melt

    Toss the garlic and green chilli first.This gives a nice aroma

    Stir the vegetables and add salt. Ensure to retain the crunchiness of the veggies.

    Toast the bread slice either using the toaster or in a pan well.

  • 05

    Now place the stir fried vegetables on the bread slice and top it with Mozzarella cheese

    Yummy and healthy sandwich is ready to eat
