Wash the rice and add 3 cup of water in rice. Keep them aside.
Firstly finely chop vegetables
Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a cooker.
Slightly roast the soya chunks and transfer them in to rice pit which contains water.
Now add 1 tbsp oil.and roast onion.
Keep it aside.
Now add rest of the oil and add all tge spices.
Add tomatoes and roast well.
Now add rice with water, soya chunks, onions, potatoes and salt.
Add green peas too.
Close the lid and cook till.one whistle.
After release the pressure serve hot.
