Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 500 gram spinich


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 2 potatoes


  • 1 big onion


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 pinch asafotida


  • 3-4 green chillis finely chopped

Directions

  • Select only spinich leaves and finally chopped them.
  • Niw finely chopped green chillis, potatoes and onion as well.
  • Mix in spinach
  • Now add gram flour.
  • Don't add water. In starting it will be thick.
  • Add spices and mix well.
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Pick some batter from hand drop in oil .
  • Fry till golden brown and serve with chutney
