Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For onion bhajia -4 big onion rings

  • 1 1/2 cup gram flour

  • 3-4tsp rice flour

  • 2tsp cumin seed

  • 2tsp red chili powder

  • 1tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4tsp asofotida

  • 2-3tsp salt

  • 2-3tsp hot oil oil for frying

  • For potato & capsicum Bhajia- 2big potato slice

  • 3-4 capsicum dice

  • 1cup gram flour

  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1/2tsp red chili powder 1/4tsp baking soda oil for frying

  • For chutney-4-5 tsp gram flour

  • 1/2tsp mustard seed

  • 2tsp salt

  • 6-7 curry leaves

  • 1/2tsp green chili paste 1/4tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp oil

  • 1tsp sugar 1 1/2cup water

Directions

    For onion bhajia- mix all ingredients in a bowl.rest for 5-10 min.mix it well. don't add water..fry in hot oil in medium flame.

    For potato & capsicum bhajia- make better with all ingredients except potato & capsicum.make little thick better.deep potato slice & capsicum in the better & fry in medium flame.

    For chutney- put oil into kadhai.add mustard seed & Curry leaves.make a better of gram flour, water, all masalas. add into tadka & stir continues till it becomes thick.
