1/2tsp red chili powder
1/4tsp baking soda
oil for frying
For chutney-4-5 tsp gram flour
1/2tsp mustard seed
2tsp salt
6-7 curry leaves
1/2tsp green chili paste
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1tsp oil
1tsp sugar
1 1/2cup water
Directions
For onion bhajia- mix all ingredients in a bowl.rest for 5-10 min.mix it well. don't add water..fry in hot oil in medium flame.
For potato & capsicum bhajia- make better with all ingredients except potato & capsicum.make little thick better.deep potato slice & capsicum in the better & fry in medium flame.
For chutney- put oil into kadhai.add mustard seed & Curry leaves.make a better of gram flour, water, all masalas. add into tadka & stir continues till it becomes thick.
