Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3cup rice

  • 1cup urad daal

  • 3-4tsp ginger paste

  • 2-3tsp salt

  • 1/4tsp asofotida

  • 3-4tsp green chili paste

  • 3-4tsp achar masala 5-6 tsp oil

  • 3-4tbs onion chopped

Directions

  • 01

    Soak rice & urad daal atleast 6 hours.grind coarsely.

  • 02

    Rest for 8-10 hours for fermentation.

  • 03

    Add chili paste,salt,ginger paste,asofotida & mix well.

  • 04

    Preheat steamer.put grease thali for 5 min.put better into thali.

  • 05

    Steam for 5-7 min.check if it done than immediately serve with sprinkle aachar masala,oil & onion.
