Ingredients

  • Raw banana 2 half cup green vegetable which you like


  • Onion big 1


  • Tomato big 1


  • Green chilli 1


  • Ginger piece 1/2inch


  • Salt 1 spoon or according to taste


  • 1 Big spoon full pav bhaji masala


  • 1 small spoon red chilli powder half small spoon turmeric powder


  • 1 small spoon garam masala powder


  • 1 packet pav


  • 1 onions for salad cut in circles


  • 1 big spoon full butter


  • 1 tablespoon refined oil

Directions

  • First boil the raw banana and veggies separately.
  • Now peel and mash the raw banana and veggies.
  • Take a wok heat refined oil then add butter.
  • Cut onions,tomatoes,green chilli and Ginger separately.
  • Saute onion in wok.
  • Add ginger and green chilli.
  • After frying well mix all powder spices.
  • Now put tomatoes in it and let it cook.
  • Mashing the tomatoes. Mix mashed vegies and raw banana.
  • Saute well.
  • Mix water as consistency you want.
  • Roast pav in butter and serve hot with onion rings.
  • Put some butter over bhaji.
