Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2cup gram flour ( besan)

  • 2tbs sugar

  • 1cup water

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 packet eno

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2tsp Salt

  • For tadka-3-4tbs oil

  • 1tsp mustard seed

  • 1/4cup corriender leaves

  • 1cup warer

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1tsp sugar

Directions

    Mix gram flour,salt,turmeric powder,lemon juice,sugar.add water & make lumps free better.

    Rest for 5 min.

  • 03

    Take steamer add water & boil it.

  • 04

    Take oil grease thali & put it into steamer.

    Add eno & mix well.better will be fluffy.than add into grease thali.

    Cover with lid.: steam for 10 mins.

  • 07

    Check after 10 min.its done than cool down completely. than cut into pieces.

    Make tadka.take tadka pan put oil,mustard seed when it crackers add water,salt,sugar & boil it.

    Pour onto the cut khaman.

  • 10

    Sprinkle corriender leaves
