  • 2 bowl of poha ( puff rice) 2 chopped tomatoes 4_5 curry leaves 3_4 splitter green chillies 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp red chilli 1/2 tbsp turmeric

Directions

  • Wash poha and strain it
  • Now add oil add mustard seeds heeng when splutter add chopped tomatoes.
  • Now add green chillies and curry leaves
  • Now add poha mix well by adding salt red chilli and turmeric..
  • Ready to eat this
