For batter black lentils( udad Dal )-1/2 cup soak for 1 hour then grind it fine paste Rice Rawa-1 cup (soak it in 1 cup of Water ) Fusilli pasta-1 cup boiled Salt to taste Capsicum-1 cup chopped Tomato- 1 cup chopped Curry Leaves-30 nos Coriander leaves chopped-1/2 cup Green Chilli-2 nos chopped Cheese grated-1/2 cup Oil-3 tbsp Mustard Seeds-1 tsp Onion chopped-1 cup Hung Curd-1/2 cup Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
Directions
In a bowl pour lentil paste add rawa and salt to taste,
Add pasta , chopped tomato , capsicum, coriander leaves, chillies, Mix it like idli batter .
Then heat a tawa, place ring mould add 1 tsp oil, add hing, mustard seeds, when the seeds start fluttering then
Add curry leaves, chopped onions cook it for 1 minute then pour the
Pasta batter, cook it for 5 minutes for one side
Cover it and cook with low flame,Then flipped it Then ready your uthapam . For curd salsa heat a kadai fry curry leaves, mustard seeds ,hing, onions, chopped tomatoes and cook it for 2 minutes then add hung curd ,salt to taste, coriander leaves, chillies mix it well. then its ready it
