  • 1 cup besan


  • 1 cup curd 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp heeng 1 tbsp mustard seeds 5_6 curry leaves 1/2 bowl greated paneer

Directions

  • Take a bowl add curd and add besan.
  • Mix well add salt and heeng .
  • Now heat pan add the batter mix it
  • Mix it nonstop till turns thick
  • Turn off the flame.and brush the thali and spread mixture
  • Now after 5 mn cut it in very slim lines
  • Now roll it
  • Splutter the mustatrd seeds curry leaves.
  • Garnish it with paneer.
