Ingredients

  • 2 cup pohe


  • 1/2 cup green peas


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Wash poha and strain the water.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds, asafotida, turmeric powder and roast well.
  • Now add peas and mix salt.
  • Now add poha and mix well.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on kow flames.
  • After 5 minutes turn off the gas and serve hot.
