Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 medium Potatoes


  • 1/2 cup Green Peas


  • 3/4 cup chopped Cauliflower


  • 1/2 cup chopped Carrot


  • 2 medium Tomatoes


  • 1½ teaspoons Red Chilli Powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder


  • 1 teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder


  • 1 teaspoon Readymade Pav Bhaji Masala Powder


  • 200 gram butter


  • 4 paav

Directions

  • Add the spices and vegetables in a cooker and cook till one whistle.
  • Now add 8 tbsp butter in a pan.
  • Add the boiled veggies and mash them.
  • Cook till dry.
  • Add more butter in bhaji.
  • Heat tawa and add butter.
  • Roast the paav till golden.
  • Serve hot.
