Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 medium Potatoes

  • 1/2 cup Green Peas

  • 3/4 cup chopped Cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup chopped Carrot

  • 2 medium Tomatoes

  • 1½ teaspoons Red Chilli Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Readymade Pav Bhaji Masala Powder

  • 200 gram butter

  • 4 paav

Directions

    Add the spices and vegetables in a cooker and cook till one whistle.

  • 02

    Now add 8 tbsp butter in a pan.

  • 03

    Add the boiled veggies and mash them.

  • 04

    Cook till dry.

  • 05

    Add more butter in bhaji.

  • 06

    Heat tawa and add butter.

  • 07

    Roast the paav till golden.

  • 08

    Serve hot.
