  • 1/2 - 1 cup pureed spinach

  • 1 tbsp grated paneer

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1 tsp fresh cream

  • 1/2 tsp or to taste salt

  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp gram masala (optional) 2 tbsp desi ghee 1 tbsp butter


  • Take a bowl put in wheat flour. Combine all ingredients carom seeds, salt, red chilly powder, gram masala, fresh cream & paneer. Mix well
  • Add spinach puree as per required for make a soft dough.
  • Mix little water if necessary to ready the dough. Mix few drops of oil to the dough. Covered and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Make equal sized loi for Parathas . Take a loi and roll it with wooden roller in triangle shape.
  • Heat and grease the Tava on medium flame. Greasing it all sides with little ghee. Put Paratha on hot tava ,spread little ghee on the Paratha. when one side lightly cook Flip it and cook both sides until turns into light golden. Switch off the gas. Ready to serve.
  • Delicious " Spinach Paneer Paratha " serve with plenty of butter, Raita, chutney and pickles.
