Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup green peas


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 250 gram oil for frying


  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Grind green peas, chilli, salt and all the spices.
  • Add them in wheat flour and knead a soft dough.
  • After 20 minutes heat oil for frying.
  • Take out a small ball and roll it out.
  • Now tranfer it in heated oil.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Serve them with curd, pickle or chutney.
