Ingredients

Eggs 4
Bread slices 6
Boiled potatoes 3
Chopped onions 2
Chopped capsicum 1
Chopped carrot 1
Black pepper 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Milk 1/4th cup
Salt 2tsp
Oil 4tbsp
Directions
Take a pan, heat some oil. Add chopped onions and fry. Add chopped carrots and capsicum too. Fry till its soft.
Add salt as per taste, black pepper and turmeric. Give it a nice mix.
Add boiled potatoes and mix them together.
Keep it aside. Cut the sides of the bread slices.
Add the potatoe mixture and cover it with another bread. Cut the breads into four equal parts.
Repeat the process with rest of the breads.
Now break the eggs, add salt, pepper, turmeric and milk. Whisk it nicely.
Heat a pan with 2tbsp of oil. Dip the sandwiched bread into the egg mixture and fry from all the sides till golden in color.
