Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 boiled and mashed patatos


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp dry mango pwd


  • 1 tsp zeera pwd


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • For daugh ,,1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmric pwd


  • 1 tsp ajwine


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 cup pure ghee

Directions

  • First take a bowl mix all the ing.of daugh
  • Make a daugh with water keep a side
  • Now take another bowl mix all the ing.of filling
  • Mix well
  • Take a ball of a daugh
  • Roll it half
  • Then keep the filling on it
  • Close it tight
  • Roll it till thin roti
  • Heat tava
  • Keep roti on it
  • Cook it both sides
  • At the last spread ghee both the side
  • When paratha it crispy take out
  • Serve hot with curd and butter
