First take a bowl mix all the ing.of daugh
Make a daugh with water keep a side
Now take another bowl mix all the ing.of filling
Mix well
Take a ball of a daugh
Roll it half
Then keep the filling on it
Close it tight
Roll it till thin roti
Heat tava
Keep roti on it
Cook it both sides
At the last spread ghee both the side
When paratha it crispy take out
Serve hot with curd and butter
