Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • tu 74 green chillis


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cup Butter/ ghee/oil

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add wheat flour, 1 tsp salt and make a soft dough. Cover it with a cloth for 10 minutes.
  • Mash potatoes and add all the spices.
  • Mix all the ingredientes very well.
  • Take a small ball abd roll it a little and put 2 spoon of stuffing.
  • Cover and roll out little bit thick.
  • Now put it on hot tawa and after 2 minutes flip it.
  • Roll out another likewise.
  • Spread some butter on it nad flip.
  • Roast till golden and serve with chutney.
