Soak Ragi Vermicelli in normal water add little salt and just after 3 minutes take them out.
Steam Ragi vermicelli for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile wash n cut all the vegetables.Now take a frying pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves, roast them for few seconds.
Now add all Chopped vegetables to the pan, and add all the spices, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Transfer steamed Ragi vermicelli to a plate and over it transfer all the cooked vegetables. Mix them.
Within few mins delicious and healthy Ragi Vermicelli is ready to relish.
