Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 100 gm Ragi vermicelli (preferably homemade)


  • 1 litre water


  • 2 spoon olive oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 3/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 1 carrot


  • 1/3 Capsicum


  • 1/3 red bell pepper


  • 1/3 yellow bell pepper


  • 8 french beans


  • 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala


  • 1/3 tsp red chili powder/black pepper

Directions

  • Soak Ragi Vermicelli in normal water add little salt and just after 3 minutes take them out.
  • Steam Ragi vermicelli for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile wash n cut all the vegetables.Now take a frying pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves, roast them for few seconds.
  • Now add all Chopped vegetables to the pan, and add all the spices, cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  • Transfer steamed Ragi vermicelli to a plate and over it transfer all the cooked vegetables. Mix them.
  • Within few mins delicious and healthy Ragi Vermicelli is ready to relish.
