Method :-
Remove the soaked moongdal water and grind it
Mix all the ingredients including curd, moyan, moong, salt in the flour
Mix well with hands, add a little water and knead soft dough (add water only if needed)
Now heat the tawa / pan, make dough and roll the paratha (you can roll the paratha into your desired shape, round, four-dimensional, triangular)
Put the cooked paratha in the pan, keep the flame medium and make ghee on both sides of the paratha, make all the parathas of pink flour in this way and serve hot with raita, chutney, dry vegetable or tea.
