In a bowl add gram flour, and salt. Make a batter and keep it aside for 20 minutes
Peel potatoes and mash well. Mix all the ingredientes.
Now slit the chillis and open with help of thumb.
Now fill it with potatoes stuff.
Heat oil for frying.
Now dip the chilli in batter and drop in oil.
Fry till golden brown on medium flame.
Serve hot.
