Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 8 bhavnagri mirchi


  • 2 boiled potatos


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilli


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 cup gram flour


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • In a bowl add gram flour, and salt. Make a batter and keep it aside for 20 minutes
  • Peel potatoes and mash well. Mix all the ingredientes.
  • Now slit the chillis and open with help of thumb.
  • Now fill it with potatoes stuff.
  • Heat oil for frying.
  • Now dip the chilli in batter and drop in oil.
  • Fry till golden brown on medium flame.
  • Serve hot.
