  • 3 round bottlegaurd


  • 3 medium white onion


  • 1 green chili


  • 2 tablespoon butter


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch of black pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Directions

  • First peel the bottlegaurd and grate with hand grater.strain all extra water.use extra water to make soups and curry vegetables
  • Now slice the onion and green chilli
  • Take a pan add butter and cumin seeds ginger garlic green chilli
  • Make golden then add sliced onion
  • Make onion properly golden brown
  • Now add all the spices together and mix well at low flame
  • Cook until bottlegaurd looks golden and mix well with all spices
  • Healthy sweet crunchy bottlegaurd is ready
