  • 1 packet palak

  • 2 cup Wheat flour and salt as needed

  • 1/2 litre oil for deep frying


  • 01

    Clean the palak and add to the pan and cook for few minutes

  • 02

    Let it cool .then grind it to a smooth paste

  • 03

    Add salt to the wheat flour and add the grinded palak.and mix to a thick dough.if needed add water

  • 04

    Now roll small poori.once the oil is hot deep fry the pooris and serve with sambar or potato masal
