Ingredients

  • 1 packet palak


  • 2 cup Wheat flour and salt as needed


  • 1/2 litre oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Clean the palak and add to the pan and cook for few minutes
  • Let it cool .then grind it to a smooth paste
  • Add salt to the wheat flour and add the grinded palak.and mix to a thick dough.if needed add water
  • Now roll small poori.once the oil is hot deep fry the pooris and serve with sambar or potato masal
