Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup semolina


  • 1 cup maida


  • 1 cup rice flour


  • 1 tbsp jeera


  • 2 to 3 green chillies


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 3 cups water


  • 2 carrots grated


  • 2 onions finely chopped


  • 1 bunch coriander finely chopped


  • 1 cup roasted peanuts


  • 1 cup grated coconut


  • 3 green chillies


  • 1 tbsp urad daal


  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds


  • 2 dried red chillies


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1 cup oil


  • 1 stem curry leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl add semolina, maida, rice flour, salt, green chillies, jeera,
  • Add water and mix well check for water consistency it should be flowing consiatency
  • Add finely chopped coriander and mix well
  • Heat pan, make sure it is enough hot as you add batter on hot pan then holes appear on dosa if pan is not hot holes are not formed
  • Pour batter and add oil around dosa and roast both sides
  • After dosa is roasted turn to rare side and add finely chopped onions and grated carrot
  • Rest for 1min and transfer to a plate
  • Peanut chutney
  • In a mixer add roasted peanuts, grated coconut, green chillies, salt and grind well
  • Now add water and grind once again and transfer to a bowl
  • In a pan add oil and heat it now add urad daal, mustard, dried red chillies, curry leaves and add to chutney
  • Serve dosa with chutney
