Take a bowl add riceflour, semolina,palm juice,salt mix well .
Add milk &makes acake batter.
Rest it 2hour.
Add desecated coconut,sugar & greencadamompowder mix it well.
Cut the turmeric leaf pieces.Fold it as pan shape,pin up with bambo stick.
Heat a pan add 2 cup water.put a stand.
Take a turmeric pan fill one ladle full batter &arrange all with a bowl.
Put the bowl on the stand.cover it for 20mints.
After 20 mints check the dumpling with the help of a toothpick.
If tooth pick comes plane.dumpling is ready.
Cool it &serve it with milk or any type of curry.
