Ingredients

  • 2cup rice flour


  • 1/2cup semolina


  • 1cup palm juice


  • 1/2tsp greencadamompowder


  • 1cup desecated coconut


  • 1/2cup milk


  • 3 turmeric leaf


  • 1tsp salt or as per your taste

Directions

  • Take a bowl add riceflour, semolina,palm juice,salt mix well .
  • Add milk &makes acake batter.
  • Rest it 2hour.
  • Add desecated coconut,sugar & greencadamompowder mix it well.
  • Cut the turmeric leaf pieces.Fold it as pan shape,pin up with bambo stick.
  • Heat a pan add 2 cup water.put a stand.
  • Take a turmeric pan fill one ladle full batter &arrange all with a bowl.
  • Put the bowl on the stand.cover it for 20mints.
  • After 20 mints check the dumpling with the help of a toothpick.
  • If tooth pick comes plane.dumpling is ready.
  • Cool it &serve it with milk or any type of curry.
