Ingredients

  • 8 no idlis

  • 2 big onion

  • 3.spoon idli podi

  • 3 spoon oil

  • 1/4 t spoon mustard and urid dal

  • 2 spoon curry leaves

  • 3.spoon coriander leaves

  • 1/4 t spoon salt or as needed

  • 1 spoon ghee

Directions

  • 01

    Keep a pan add oil add mustard and urid Dal

  • 02

    Add curry leaves add onion and saute well

  • 03

    Cut the idli into small pieces and add

  • 04

    Now add idli podi and mix well

  • 05

    Add coriander a spoon of ghee and switch off the flame and serve
